The 3 Deeds

 There are 3 publicly available deeds to this property from the years 2003, 2009 and 2024.  The deeds from 2003 and 2009 specifically refer to the fact that the parcel is " situate in Chadds Ford and Concord Townships, DELAWARE County, Pennsylvania, known as parcel 6." 

 The Deed from 2024 reflects different language. It states that these are the same premises referred to in the 2003 and 2009 deeds, but the words, Chadds Ford Township, have been removed.
